Asanda Gqeke

I was born and bred in Grahamstown. I am a mother and hold a National Diploma in Human Resources Management (NNMU). I am a Community Schemes Administrator with 8 years' working experience in Real Estate. I am responsible for the administration of property management, repairs, and maintenance of properties, ensuring compliance with CSOS Legislation and meeting management. Registered with PPRA and has a FFC, registered with NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents).

Education Background
• National Diploma: Human Resources Management (Completed), NMMU (2009, 2011-2013). With the following Modules passed: Communications, End – user Computing, Accounting, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Management of Training, Business Management and Personnel Management.
• National Certificate (N4): Human Resources Management (Completed), Port Elizabeth College (2008). With the following modules passed: Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Management of Communications, Introductory Computer Practice, Personnel Management.
• Highest grade passed: Grade 12 Strelitzia High School (2006). With the following subjects passed: English, Afrikaans, Economics, Business Economics, Biology and Compu-typing.

Work Experience
In 2014 I did voluntary work at Fort England just to be familiar with Human Resources in the work environment.
In November 2015, I worked at Makana Resort as an Administrator and a Reservationist.
I resigned from the company in September 2016 and I joined Grahamstown Properties and work as the Body Corporate Manager.
